Spacewalking With You is a heartfelt coming-of-age manga that explores friendship, self-discovery, and the challenges of growing up. The story follows Kobayashi, a high school student who struggles to stay focused on his studies and everyday life. Viewed by the adults around him as someone with little promise, he finds himself drifting without a clear direction for the future.

Everything begins to change when a new classmate named Uno transfers into his class. Cheerful, honest, and seemingly carefree, Uno sees the world from a unique perspective that often leaves others confused. After Kobayashi helps him avoid being scammed, the two quickly develop an unexpected friendship that gradually transforms both of their lives.

As they spend more time together, Kobayashi starts to admire Uno's optimism and the way he embraces life without worrying about fitting in. Their growing bond encourages Kobayashi to look beyond his own insecurities and discover new confidence, purpose, and hope for the future. Together, they navigate the joys and uncertainties of adolescence while learning valuable lessons about acceptance, empathy, and believing in themselves.

Blending slice-of-life storytelling, school life, and emotional character development, Spacewalking With You delivers a touching and inspiring journey filled with warmth and sincerity. Winner of the 2024 Manga Taisho Award, the series has been praised for its relatable characters, gentle storytelling, and uplifting message about friendship and personal growth.
